In order to strengthen brand leadership, we have designed a collaborative, agile and iterative process: Open Pilot ®.

Inspired by design thinking, this process addresses all your strategic challenges: from building a brand platform to defining an innovation pipeline and clarifying your product range architecture. 

Open Pilot’s strength lies in the combination, at every stage of the project, of
the human dimension, the brand personality and the materialisation of ideas.

unfolds in
3 stages

  • Collection (immersion) to analyse and understand the problem
  • Ideation to define the relevant hypotheses
  • then Embodiment to bring the potential solutions into being.

 For each of these stages, we alternate phases of divergence and convergence in a collaborative process. 

 Divergence sparks discussion, inspires the stakeholders across the board, probes the issues and enables weak signals to be detected.

Convergence then sees us collectively deciding what is most relevant for the project, by defining, first, the challenge, then the hypotheses and finally the solution. 

Open Pilot ® guarantees an effective result fast thanks to alignment of the stakeholders, to test & learn and to its end-to-end methods.

Collective intelligence a method of alignment

Aligning and getting all stakeholders on board is a challenge for any strategic project. 

Putting together a multidisciplinary team is one of the prerequisites to ensuring that collective intelligence benefits all of a project’s dimensions: industrial, marketing and communication, financial, study, design and so on.

In addition to defining the problems to be solved, this group establishes the factual indicators of success and puts into words the ambition it sets itself. 

This close-knit team, which monitors the project from beginning to end, develops a positive mindset and gains in creativity and agility to deliver innovative solutions. 

Test & learn
an agile method which ensures that time and money are well-spent

Test & learn is the key to optimised time-to-market:
  • Regular, evidence-based assessment of the hypotheses and potential solutions
  • Identification of weak signals
  • Early error detection and reduction of correction costs
  • Increase in the pace of project development.

We are constantly comparing projects to reality on the ground to make sure that the solutions applied are relevant and the experience gained is constructive. 

This trial & error method avoids energy being wasted on finalising unapproved projects and enables agile progress to be made with unfinished mock-ups and prototypes. It makes it possible to test out concepts, confirm the keys to success and detect potential errors as early as possible in the process. We can learn as much from an error as we can from a success.

The steady sequence of iterations hones this understanding until the end result is achieved.
